If you don't have a PayPal account you can also send me the payment using
Postal Order (within the UK). My name and address can be found here.
Also, if you use that payment option, please send me an email so I know about
the order and who it's from. Don't forget to add your name and address
if you want me to send the book to you :)

Shipping
Shipping and handling costs are included in the price above.
There are no additional fees.

Printing and delivery
When I've ordered your book it will take up to 5 days for it to be printed, and
then another 3-5 days before it will reach me. So if you are buying this as a
gift for someone and plan on giving it away on a certain date, make sure you
have up to 3 weeks margin. This is within the UK.
The only thing I have any control over is my shipping to you and I will let you
know (over email) as soon as I've received the book.
